Chandeep Kohli grew up in a challenging home environment, without the supportive, nurturing foundation every child deserves. That experience shaped her life’s mission: to help as many children as possible overcome obstacles, discover their strengths, and thrive. This calling led her to a career in Special Education.
For more than 20 years, Chandeep has devoted herself to helping children with autism flourish. Her passion is seeing each child grow beyond what anyone imagined possible.

Chandeep began her professional journey as a Special Education teacher, where she refined her methodology and earned the love of her students, the trust of their parents, and recognition from school leadership. Her success led the district to expand her impact tasking her with training educators across dozens of schools and building structured, collaborative frameworks for engaging parents.
She founded Cully, named for a flower bud full of promise, to dedicate her days to what she loves most: helping children with autism thrive.
