  • Online workshops, webinars, and training programs
  • Coaching and advocacy related to school and Individualized Education Plan (IEP) support

Cully’s programs are educational and therapeutic in nature but do not replace medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or care.

Our role is to guide, teach, and support families using evidence-based behavioral strategies.

2. Disclaimer: Educational and Coaching Nature of Services

Cully’s Services are not intended to:

  • Diagnose or treat medical or psychiatric conditions
  • Replace in-person medical care or speech, occupational, or psychological therapy
  • Serve as emergency intervention for crisis or safety-related issues

We encourage all families to maintain relationships with licensed healthcare professionals and consult them as needed.

Cully’s role is to complement other services, not substitute for them.

If at any point a situation arises involving imminent risk or crisis, please contact emergency services or your local medical provider immediately.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is extremely important to us.

All personal, behavioral, and contact information shared during sessions is kept confidential and protected under our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws (including HIPAA, where applicable).

Cully maintains:

  • Encrypted communication for telehealth sessions
  • Strict access controls for all client records

We will never share personal or identifiable information without your explicit consent, except in the following rare situations:

a. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include secure credit/debit card transactions through third-party processors or electronic invoices.

b. Late Payments

Late or failed payments may result in the postponement or cancellation of sessions. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payment.

c. Refunds

Because Cully provides personalized time-based services, refunds are generally not offered once sessions have been scheduled or completed.

Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of management.

Unused prepaid sessions may be credited toward future services within 90 days of cancellation.

d. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session.

Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

We understand emergencies happen and will always do our best to accommodate reasonable circumstances.

6. Virtual Session Etiquette

To maintain professionalism and ensure sessions run smoothly, please follow these guidelines for all online or in-home appointments:

  • Be on time and ready to engage when sessions begin.
  • Ensure a quiet, distraction-free environment.
  • Keep your camera on for the duration of the session unless otherwise agreed.
  • Avoid recording sessions unless prior written consent is granted.
  • Ensure children are supervised by a parent or guardian during all services.

If technology issues arise during a virtual session, we’ll reschedule or extend the session at no additional cost.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, videos, handouts, guides, and online resources provided by Cully are protected by copyright law.

This includes:

  • Written materials (PDFs, articles, and guides)
  • Recorded webinars or workshops
  • Logo, branding, and website content

These materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may download and print resources for your family’s personal use, but you may not:

  • Copy or distribute them publicly
  • Resell or claim ownership of them
  • Post them online without written permission

If you would like to share materials for educational purposes (e.g., in a classroom or professional training), please contact us for written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

While Cully provides professional expertise and evidence-based strategies, we cannot guarantee identical results for every family.

Each child and environment is unique, and outcomes depend on multiple factors, including consistency, participation, and follow-through at home.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cully and its affiliates:

  • Are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.
  • Do not assume responsibility for decisions made based on our educational or coaching materials.
  • Provide no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in writing.

Your participation in our Services indicates understanding that outcomes vary and success depends on mutual effort and consistency.

We work hard to ensure that all website information, resources, and materials are accurate and up to date. However, Cully does not guarantee that all content will be error-free or available at all times.

Sessions are booked in advance and confirmed through email or text.

We observe major holidays and reserve the right to adjust availability seasonally.

In case of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events, we may reschedule at no cost to the client.

13. Termination of Services

Cully reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • A client repeatedly misses sessions without notice.
  • Payment obligations are not met.
  • Communication becomes disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate.
  • The therapeutic relationship is no longer beneficial or appropriate.

Clients may also discontinue services at any time with written notice. We encourage open discussion before ending services to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of care, if needed.

14. Testimonials and Feedback

We love hearing from families who’ve benefited from our programs.

Testimonials or success stories are shared only with written consent, and identifying details are removed to maintain privacy.

If you’d like to provide a testimonial, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

15. Promotions, Offers, and Referrals

From time to time, Cully may offer promotional discounts, referral programs, or bundled packages.

All offers are subject to expiration dates, eligibility requirements, and terms specific to that promotion.

Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in writing.
